Redbird’s Feast with Fergus Henderson, Michael Voltaggio, Michael Puglisi and Neal Fraser

As part of the Los Angeles Times’ new food festival Food Bowl – a month long celebration of our City’s dynamic culinary scene taking place during the month of May – Redbird and Chef Neal Fraser host Chef Fergus Henderson of St. John in London and LA chefs Michael Voltaggio of Ink and Michael Puglisi of Electric City Butchers.
