Ghost in the Glass Recipe by Tobin Shea | The Silk Road Cocktail Collection

Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s simple instructions below for the Ghost in the Glass cocktail. Based off a very popular alcohol in the Middle East, Arack, Tobin combines complimentary flavors to create a refreshing anise-based citrusy cocktail.

Ghost in the Glass
¾ oz Beefeater Gin 
¾ oz Dolin Dry Vermouth 
1 oz Pressed Lime Juice 
¾ oz Simple Syrup 
¼ oz Luxardo Maraschino 
2 dashes Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters 
1 ½ oz Soda Water 
½ oz L’Arack de Musar 

Place the ½ oz of L’Arack de Musar into a Collins glass. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a shaker, shake until chilled.  Add the 1 ½ oz soda into the shaker.  Fine strain into Arack filled Collins glass. Add ice if desired.
