Real Food Heals Cookbook Dinner with Chef Seamus Mullen at Redbird
After a near death experience brought on by an autoimmune disease, award-winning New York-based chef Seamus Mullen (Tertulia, El Colmado) radically changed the way he cooked and ate, both at his restaurants and at home. In his new cookbook, Real Food Heals, Mullen draws from his personal experience of healing himself through diet and rewrites the rules that healthy can’t be delicious.
On Saturday, October 21, Seamus will be at Redbird celebrating the launch of his new cookbook. In collaboration with Chef Neal Fraser, the duo will host a healthy, healing – and above all, delicious – multi-course dinner. Tickets include cocktail hour and demo with Seamus, a signed copy of his cookbook, dinner, and drinks.
Date: Saturday, October 21st
Time: 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Tickets: $120 per person, plus tax and service charges
