Redbird Holiday Happy Hour(s)

Redbird | Vibiana Bar Director Tobin Shea shares his recipe for “Old Acquaintance,” a spirited cocktail available on the Redbird Holiday Happy Hour(s) menu Monday through Friday from 5-7pm. This extended cocktail menu, plus specials created by Chef Neal Fraser and team to celebrate the season’s festivities, will be available for the month of December.

Old Acquaintance
1 1/2 oz Hennessy Privilege
1/2  oz Giffard Creme de Pamplemouse
3/4 oz fresh lemon
1/2 oz maple syrup
2 oz Moët & Chandon Imperial Champagne

In a shaker combine the first four ingredients, add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain, and top with Champagne.

belvedere unfiltered, leopolds cranberry liqueur, lime, ginger sparkling

HOT BUTTERED RUM
rum, licor 43 butter, cinnamom, brown sugar, oolong and black tea

EGG NOG
port, hennessy VSOP, egg, simple
