Yellow Rose of Texas
1 oz Altos Olmeca Blanco Tequila
1 oz Sotol Por Siempre
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz Salers Aperitif
1/2 oz Pineapple Gomme
In a Boston Shaker, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
