After his popular first Master Series class, Chef Neal returns to CocuSocial with another cooking lesson on how to create a healthy yet festive and comforting winter meal that brings out the best of the season. Guests will learn how to make a complete meal consisting of turkey roulade paired with cranberry tangerine sauce and potato puree from scratch.
Participants will be able to engage with Neal throughout the 2 hour session and there will also be a formal Q&A at the end.
