1 oz agua del sol
0.5 oz rhum jm volcanique
0.5 oz cointreau
0.25 oz licor 43
0.25 oz roots kanela liqueur
0.5 oz parajote guava liqueur
0.5 oz liquid alchemist passion fruit syrup
0.75 oz lime juice
Add all ingredients to a tin with ice and shake. Strain into a collins glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange wheel. Enjoy!
SHISO CHERRY SPRITZ
2 oz choya shiso umeshu
0.75 oz haku vodka
1 oz lofi dry vermouth
0.75 oz cherry rocher liqueur
0.5 oz lime juice
2 dashes cherry bitters
4 drops absinthe
3 oz sparkling water like topo coco
Add all ingredients to a spritz glass or wine glass. Top the glass off with ice. Give the ingredients a couple stirs to incorporate everything together. Garnish with a shiso leaf. Enjoy!
