Guest Chef Steve Samson of Sotto serves up Beef Heart Cruda in the East Room for VIP hour.
Beefette Tricia offers Bar Director Tobin Shea’s cocktails in a flask – Ivan the Terrible (Elijah Craig, Pama, Nocina, PX Sherry, Angostura Bitters) and Tuxedo No.2 (Beefeater, Lillet, Pernod Absinthe, Maraschino, Orange Bitters).
