Join Redbird | Vibiana Chef | Owner Neal Fraser and Mezcales de Leyenda Partner and Author Danny Mena as we welcome Chef | Owner Travis Limoge of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca’s Pirata to Southern California.
Chefs Neal and Travis will collaborate to create small bites and dishes inspired by the best restaurants, fondas, loncherías and taco stands in Mexico City as featured in “Made In Mexico: The Cookbook.”
Redbird | Vibiana Bar Director Tobin Shea will prepare a welcome punch and specialty cocktail and Danny will guide guests through a tasting of neat pours from the Mezcales de Leyenda collection.
All guests in attendance will receive a signed copy of Danny Mena’s “Made In Mexico: The Cookbook.”
