THE DALMORE SCOTCH TASTING MENU & PAIRING, PART II

Due to popular demand, we’ve added on another dinner on Thursday November 19, 2020. Our friend Craig Bridger, Malt Specialist Director and Head of Education at The Dalmore has a very special surprise for this dinner – The Dalmore 1960’s Special Assemblage, a never bottled whisky taken straight from the Masters Blend Lab at The Dalmore. See below for additional pairings with Chef Fraser’s 6 course menu inspired by his Scottish heritage. Served socially distanced in the open air on the upstairs Redbird balconies with stunning views of the DTLA cityscape and Vibiana. Seating is very limited. Dinner begins promptly at 7:00pm.

Bottles of Dalmore also available for purchase. Order with your tickets and pickup the night of the tasting.
