Experience a special 4-course dinner by Chef | Owner Neal Fraser and Wine Director Matthew Fosket paired with Champagne from producer Alexandre Salmon on Friday November 4, 2022 in the West Room. Although in production since 1958, this dinner marks the first time the wine has been imported to the United States. As this wine is not in the US retail market, this is a rare opportunity to experience world class Champagne from an entirely under the radar producer.
