Belmont Breeze Recipe by Tobin Shea | The Triple Crown Cocktail Collection

Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s preparations below for how to make a Belmont Breeze from the Triple Crown Cocktail Collection. Tart and nutty, yet refreshing, this is the official cocktail of the third leg of the Triple Crown, the Belmont Stakes.

Belmont Breeze
2 oz Bourbon
½ oz Amontillado Sherry
¾ oz Grenadine
¾ oz Lemon

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake until chilled, strain, and serve on the rocks in a double old-fashioned cocktail glass.
