A (Sous) Pop-Up to Remember

Thank you to all who supported SOUS POP! For four nights in November, our dedicated Sous team created and operated a pop-up restaurant in our Redbird Garden. The culinary and beverage team developed unique dishes, cocktails, and wine pairings for the limited-time menu, while the management and media team ran the floor.
