Chi Chu Recipe | The Plain Truth About the Best Seeds Cocktail Collection

Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s instructions below to make the Chi Chu cocktail from The Plain Truth About the Best Seeds Cocktail Collection. The Chi Chu is a low ABV take on a piña colada using Nigori Sake.

Chi Chu
2.5 oz Coconut Cream
1.5 oz Nigori Sake
¾ oz St. George California Citrus Vodka
¼ oz Giffard Banane de Brésil
¼ oz Pineapple Gomme
¼ oz Yuzu
4 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a Boston Shaker and add a pinch of crushed ice. Shake until the sound of the ice has disappeared. Pour into a Collins glass and add crushed ice to fill. Garnish with an orange twist and your favorite edible flower.
