Contessa
1 oz Tequila Ocho Blanco
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Cynar
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass. Add ice and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
