Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s cocktail recipe instructions below to make the Honeysuckle cocktail. Honeysuckle is an Old Fashioned using honey from the Redbird roof, along with Tokaj wine, a sweet late harvest.
Honeysuckle
2 oz Makers 46 Whiskey
1/2 oz Tokaj dessert wine
1/4 oz Dimmi
1/4 oz Honey
4 Dashes Angostura
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and fill with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a double old fashioned glass. Add ice and garnish with an orange twist.
