Cocktail Recipe | Old Man and the Sea
Old Man and the Sea, currently available on our outdoor dining and Happy Hour menus, features house-made Dashi Vermouth. Created by Bar Director Tobin Shea and bartender Anthony Castro, this drink takes an oceanic spin on a classic Martini.
2 oz Dashi Vermouth
1 oz Ford’s Officer’s Reserve Gin
1/4 oz Clairin Le Rocher
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino
2 dashes Celery Bitters
4 drops Absinthe
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy.
