Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s instructions below for how to make a Daisy de Santiago cocktail from The Plain Truth About the Best Seeds Cocktail Collection. The Daisy de Santiago is a classic mint mojito with a healthy dose of green tea.
Daisy de Santiago
3/4 oz Clement Bleue Canne Rhum
3/4 oz Banks 5 Island Rum
3/4 oz Lustau Fino Sherry
3/4 oz Fresh Pressed Lime
3/4 oz Mint Syrup
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 oz Green Tea
Combine the first five ingredients into a Boston Shaker, shake until chilled and add green tea. Strain into a Collins glass, add crushed ice. To finish, float with Yellow Chartreuse and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
