Go Go Gyoza | Summer 2020 Chef Collaboration

We are thrilled to collaborate with our friend, Hinoki and the Bird Chef Brandon Kida, on his latest project, Go Go Gyoza, this summer. Neal has created a Heritage Pork dumpling with Calabrian chili soy dipping sauce, available on the Go Go Gyoza website from July 18th until July 31st. Following, enjoy other chef friends’ dumplings including, Nightshade’s Mei Lin’s truffle cheese burger with spicy truffle dipping sauce (8.1-8.14), Kali’s Kevin Meehan’s dry aged beef with black garlic ponzu dipping sauce (8.15-8.28) and Kato’s Jon Yao’s fennel sausage with black vinegar glaze (8.29-9.11). Brandon has also added on his own Dungeness Crab and Kurobuta Pork Belly gyoza with a Singaporean inspired chili dip for the occasion. 25% of all proceeds will benefit an organization of the chef’s choice including our own C-CAP Los Angeles scholarship fund for Black students.
