Bertoux Brandy, Benedictine, Angostura Bitters, Orange Twist
Nigori Sake, Cappelletti Red Bitter, Martini Sweet Vermouth, Yuzu, Orange Twist
Kit & Non-Kit Instructions
(In your kit: Flask Bertoux Brandy, 2 oz. Boston Round Benedictine, 2 oz. Boston Round Angostura with eye dropper)
2 oz. Bertoux Brandy
1/2 oz. Benedictine
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
In a mixing glass add 2 oz. Bertoux, 1/2 oz. Benedictine, and 5 drops of Angostura. Add ice and stir until chilled. Pour into a rocks glasss with ice. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy.
(In your kit: 2 Flasks Nigori Sake, Cappelletti Bitter, Martini Sweet Vermouth, 2 oz. Boston round Yuzu juice)
1 1/2 oz. Nigori Sake
1 oz. Cappelletti Bitter
3/4 oz. Martini Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz. Yuzu juice
In a mixing glass add 1 1/2 oz. Nigori sake, 1 oz. Cappelletti Bitter, 3/4 oz. Martini Sweet Vermouth, 1/4 oz. Yuzu juice. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with an orange twist, and enjoy.
