Highlights from Beefsteak VII | 2018

Held at Vibiana on February 10th, Beefsteak VII brought back tradition in epic proportions for its seventh year!

Over 600 guests, dressed in their finest, donning custom Beefsteak aprons, feasted on 600 pounds of filet mignon, a few whole tai snapper, fingerling potatoes, broccolini and parsnips, all artfully prepared by Chef Neal Fraser and team, sans plates, utensils and napkins. The original versions of Beefsteak dinners began in popular saloons and political halls of the 19th and early 20th centuries.

For more information, read Food & Wine writer Andy Wang’s take on the evening here and see highlights below.
