Sous Pop: A Garden Pop-Up

The Redbird department deputies are taking over the Garden with a Pop Up of their own design, creating a dining experience unique to their collective perspective.

Executive Sous Chef John Gronkiewicz, Pastry Sous Chef Kory Cashel, Assistant Manager Simone Bouffard, Assistant Sommelier Jaime Arzate, Bar Lead Anthony Castro, and Content Coordinator Jen Hardy invite you to their Pop Up – a temporary restaurant in the Redbird Garden. Four nights only – November 5th through the 8th.
