Purple Ghost
1.5 oz Suntory Toki
3/4 oz Rosolio Italicus
1/2 oz Seedlip Spice
Purple Soda Water
A day before, add a pinch of Butterfly Tea flowers to a liter of water and chill for Purple Soda Water. The day of, fine strain the water and carbonate with a soda stream. Add the remaining ingredients into a chilled, ice-filled Collins glass and top with soda. Spritz with a lemon twist.
