Cocktail Recipe | The Woods

Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s cocktail recipe instructions below to make The Woods. This cocktail is a gin gimlet that took a walk through an evergreen forest using many alpine and terroir-inspired spirits.

The Woods
1 oz St. George Terroir Gin
1 oz La Quintinye Vermouth Royal
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
1/4 oz Clear Creek Douglas Fir Eau de Vie
1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Mix all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
