RE:Her is back March 4 – March 13. The Regarding Her Food Festival highlights 10-days of synergistic collaborations, unique thematic menus and inspiring conversations among female founders, restaurateurs, chefs and industry leaders.
In celebration, Redbird | Vibiana Owner | Operator Amy Knoll has facilitated a brunch collaboration with Fuente Coffee Company run by Victoria Cervantes and family. The Colombian Medium Roast will be featured during weekend brunch, Saturdays and Sundays March 5, 6, 12 and 13 from 10am – 2pm.

Victoria Cervantes is one of the business owners of Fuente Coffee Company, an innovative specialty coffee company serving the restaurant and hospitality industries. Working alongside her father, business partners and many other women, the company has a full vertical trade from the farms in Colombia to the US market with control over all 26 steps from origin to destination. The Medium Roast comes directly to Fuente from trade partners in Colombia. Grown at 1,600 meters above sea level in Salgar, Antioquia and manually harvested at Finca El Mirador, this varietal brings notes of chocolate, cherry and citrus.
