Mint Julep Recipe by Bar Director Tobin Shea
INGREDIENTS
2.5 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1/2 tsp sugar
10 sprigs of mint
1/4 oz simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the sugar and the mint to a julep cup. Gently muddle. Add simple syrup and bourbon. Top with crushed ice. Gently stir. Garnish with mint sprigs. Enjoy!
Pimento Cheese by Chef Owner Neal Fraser
INGREDIENTS
12 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1.5 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1.5 cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
10 oz drained Piquillo Peppers
2 tbsp Paprika
½ tsp Black Pepper, Ground
½ tsp Kosher Salt
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper or few dashes of your favorite hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Leave cream cheese out overnight. Blend peppers in blender until smooth. Paddle all ingredients in a mixer until smooth. Neal loves to dip in pork rinds or saltines.
