Chef Neal Fraser consults for The Greek Theatre this season, lending his refined, yet approachable culinary style to the historic venue’s box suite menus, express dining options, and special events catering. Fraser’s menu highlights include: Braised Beef Short Rib with Anson Mills polenta and The Greek Theatre Platter with tuna rolls, edamame, cucumber salad and shishito peppers. The Greek Executive Chef Mark Baar will be integral with menu execution throughout.
Built in 1929, The Greek Theatre is a 5,901-seat music venue in Griffith Park owned by the City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks, and operated by SMG.
