Each month we invite guests to explore a curated selection of wines – served blind – designed to challenge your palate and sharpen your instincts. Enjoy tasting pours alongside thoughtfully paired light bites as you work to uncover what’s in your glass.
Think you know your wine? Guests who correctly identify the featured selections will be entered to win a bottle of that wine to take home and enjoy.
At $25 per guest (all-inclusive), it’s an approachable, engaging way to deepen your wine knowledge – or simply enjoy a unique night out.
Settle in, compare notes, and stay awhile – the Lounge will remain open for guests to continue the evening with additional food, wine, and cocktails.
Hosted monthly at Redbird on select dates from 8-9PM.
