Cocktail Recipe | Fountain of Youth by Bar Director Tobin Shea
The Fountain of Youth cocktail recipe focuses on citrus and the impact it had on Florida, where the fountain of youth was thought to be located. This cup recipe follows the template of spirit, fortified wine and fruit liqueur. Tall and refreshing, with a tart and bitter finish, this cocktail is a great aperitif or a lazy afternoon sipper.
