Cocktail Recipe | You Are Here | Ex Lion Tamer
The Ex Lion Tamer is an embittered take on a strawberry daiquiri from the You Are Here cocktail collection. The cocktail is inspired by a song from the post-punk band Wire’s album Pink Flag.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Rumbar Gold Rum
1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz strawberry puree
1/2 oz. Giffard Bigallet China-China
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
