You Are Here | Cocktail Collection

You Are Here is the latest annual cocktail collection by Bar Director Tobin Shea and team. Launched November 20, 2019, the 24 cocktail menu is an extension of Chef | Owner Neal Fraser’s culinary vision, drawing inspiration from the multi-cultural influences of his native city of Los Angeles, and Owner | Operator Amy Knoll Fraser’s eclectic approach to design. The cocktails include a mix of international spirits accompanied by vibrant and unconventional components including mole, dashi, yogurt and other ingredients from across the globe, reflective of the city’s rich food culture. Wine Director Josh Wibbenmeyer simultaneously includes an inspired selection of Californian and international wines by the glass. Novel dishes from Chef Fraser complement the beverage program, including Carolina Rice Croquettes with blood sausage, piquillos and sorrel aioli and Albacore Tonnato with radish, celery and cured tuna heart. You Are Here is visually represented with an abstract map of countries that have shaped the culinary and cultural landscape of the city.
