Cocktail Recipe | Nogada
Nogada from the You Are Here cocktail collection is a refreshing margarita style mezcal cocktail influenced by the savory dish Chile Nogada.
Ingredients
3/4 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
3/4 oz. Metiche 49 Mezcal
1/2 oz. Lustau PX Sherry
1/4 oz. Don Ciccio & Figil Nocino
1/2 oz. Lime
1/4 oz. Pomegranate
Cucumber
Tajin
Instructions
In a shaker tin, add all the ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain into an ice filled double old fashioned glass and garnish with a cucumber slice that has been dipped in tajin.
