Spend the morning of June 1st or June 15th 2024 from 11am – 2pm with Chef Neal and Bar Director Tobin Shea in the East Room. Learn how to make the Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes and Shrimp & Grits with Mole Sauce with Chef Neal. Then, get educated on the Redbird Bloody Mary and the Crescent City Cup – Tobin’s take on the Pimm’s Cup. Only 16 spots available in each class. Great for gifting!
