Inspired by the historic communal feasts of New York and Florence, Beefsteak is a joyous, unapologetic celebration of meat, wine, friendship, and excess. Expect mountains of beef served family-style, passed from platter to platter, encouraging guests to eat with abandon and embrace the spirited camaraderie that has made Beefsteak one of Los Angeles’ most anticipated culinary gatherings.

This year’s celebration will be emceed by Billy Harris and hosted by an all-star lineup of Beefsteak enthusiasts including Matt Selman, Cort Cass, Eric Wareheim, and Chef Neal Fraser, whose wit, storytelling, and love of great food help make the evening as memorable as the feast itself.

Set within the iconic Redbird | Vibiana property, the evening transforms one of Downtown LA’s most remarkable architectural landmarks into a feast hall filled with laughter, storytelling, flowing wine, and unforgettable hospitality. This years event will benefit Chef Mary Sue Milliken’s Regarding Her organization supporting and accelerating the growth of women owned businesses in the food and beverage industry.
