Guests joined Chef Neal Fraser and Bar Director Tobin Shea for a special Father’s Day grilling and cocktail class in the Redbird | Vibiana Garden.
Guest enjoyed live grilling demos featuring New Caledonian prawns and prime rib eye steak along with two cocktail demonstrations (one gin-based and one whiskey-based), followed by a seated wine-paired lunch in the garden.
Lunch included:
- Shrimp with mole
- Grilled rib eye steak
- Roasted creamer potatoes
- Grilled Romano beans
- House-baked cookies
