Father’s Day Grilling & Cocktail Class

Guests joined Chef Neal Fraser and Bar Director Tobin Shea for a special Father’s Day grilling and cocktail class in the Redbird | Vibiana Garden.

 

Guest enjoyed live grilling demos featuring New Caledonian prawns and prime rib eye steak along with two cocktail demonstrations (one gin-based and one whiskey-based), followed by a seated wine-paired lunch in the garden.

 

Lunch included:

  • Shrimp with mole
  • Grilled rib eye steak
  • Roasted creamer potatoes
  • Grilled Romano beans
  • House-baked cookies
