Jefferson’s pairs traditional bourbon craftsmanship with a spirit of experimentation, exploring how blending, aging and the environment shape each whiskey’s character.
Begin in the Redbird Lounge with a Jefferson’s welcome cocktail and small bites before heading upstairs for an intimate, small-group tasting led by Richie Michaels, Pernod Ricard’s North American Whiskey Ambassador. Explore the stories, craftsmanship and distinctive flavors behind four core Jefferson’s whiskeys, plus a special distillery-only selection or discontinued limited release.
Richie brings 16 years of experience in Kentucky’s bourbon industry and was named American Whiskey Ambassador of the Year at the 2022 World Whisky Awards.
