Sip, Savor & Shop: A Garden Wine Experience

Guests joined us on July 9th for a summer evening of wine, food, and community in the beautiful Redbird Garden, featuring acclaimed winemaker Greg Brewer of Brewer-Clifton. Guests enjoyed a curated tasting of approximately five wines from Brewer-Clifton, showcasing the vibrant character of California’s Central Coast.

The Experience Included:

• A guided tasting of 5 wines from Brewer-Clifton
• Opportunity to meet and engage with winemaker Greg Brewer
• Additional wines available for purchase by the glass or bottle throughout the evening at Redbird’s wine pop up shop
• Fresh pizzas from Redbird’s Garden oven available for purchase

Set in our outdoor garden, this relaxed, walk-around tasting offered a perfect way to explore exceptional wines while enjoying seasonal bites in a lively, open-air setting.
