An intimate live-fire dining experience with Chef Neal Fraser
On select Sundays, 12 guests are invited to gather around the dining room grill at Redbird for a special supper cooked entirely over an open wood-burning flame.
Set within Redbird’s Main Dining Room, the evening brings guests up close to the fire as Chef Neal Fraser prepares a multi-course menu live at the grill.
Each course celebrates the elemental character of wood-fire cooking, guided by the season and the ingredients of the moment.
