Twists on the Spritz | 4th of July Cocktail Kit

Venetian Spritz Recipe
Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s simple instructions below for the Venetian Spritz cocktail, both light and refreshing.

3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
1 oz Soda
Orange Segment
Olive

Combine all ingredients into an ice filled wine glass, gently stir. Add an orange segment and an olive on a pick for garnish.

Strawberry Blonde Recipe
Follow Redbird Bar Director Tobin Shea’s instructions below to make the Strawberry Blonde cocktail, both sweet and bitter, a refreshing spritz with strawberry and rosé.

1 cup Rosé
1 cup BroVo Pink Vermouth
3/4 cup Strawberry Infused Absolut Elyx
3 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Campari
1 oz Grapefruit
1 oz Lemon

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, add ice, and top with soda water. Serves 4-6 people.
